American Airlines is using their Instagram Stories to post interactive content where users can select their destination preferance, such as horseback riding vs. Skiing trips. Based on the user’s selection, they are able to swipe up to a linked airTRFX Custom Page that features real-time low fares for their trip selection. American Airlines is able to utilize Instagram stories with airTRFX to promote their vacation packages based on user engagement.
