How to set up an airDPI Campaign with airSEM

airDPI is EveryMundo’s Dynamic Price Insertion tool that is part of our wider selection of Search Engine Marketing (airSEM) portfolio. airDPI updates your prices in search ads, remarketing ads, and price extensions by leveraging FareNet and Google’s API.

This video explains how to set up an airDPI campaign so that your ads display the lowest real-time fares.

These are the global settings for the airSEM application where you can manage the settings by account or for the whole MCC.

Adjust the price logic by:

  • The number of days
  • One-way or round trip journeys
  • Whether the routes should be direct or connecting
  • What campaign types to include. Campaign types can be be brand, non-brand, hybrid and generic, and sub-campaign types are by route, destination, or origin.

All required fields must be populated in order to set up the campaign

Once the settings are saved you can move on to the next step: Account Mapping

Under Account Mapping you are able to download the mapping file for a specific account under the MCC. You can filter either Active Campaigns or New Campaigns that have been added in the Google ads accounts

Once downloaded, open the file on your computer to see the data for the Campaign. If the campaign follows EveryMundo naming conventions, then all fields will be automatically populated. If the campaign follows a custom naming convention then columns where data is needed will be highlighted in yellow so that it is easy to identify them.

Included in the file is a reference sheet for the allowed values in each field.

Next, open the file labeled Finished Sheet to see the full campaign details.

After you have filled in the values for the campaign, you can upload the new file onto the account  mapping page.

Once the file is successfully uploaded you will get a mapping summary. This summary includes the languages, markets, currency, campaign type and the number of AdGroups.

Next, click on airDPI Search where you will be directed to a list of all the accounts that are mapped and can generate feeds with the dynamic prices.

You can choose to edit the way the dynamic prices appear by selecting edit. Here, you can adjust the format by adding the currency code, changing the position of the currency symbol, adding cents, and selecting the separators for thousands and cents.

Once the price format is correctly saved you will be redirected to the list page.

Now you can select the accounts you want to generate feeds to run airDPI.
