EM Platform

Recently Launched

Move to Serverless Framework

Moving DataCore Lambdas to Serverless will improve stability and ability to scale.

Status: Launched

Display by codeshare or number of stops

We will evolve the Offer schema to track ancillary revenue during flight bookings.  This feature will help airlines understand how much revenue comes from ancillary and find revenue opportunities from ancillary products.

Save and filter fares by branded travel class

This new feature will  enable airModules to display more relevant information to end users and will allow airlines to market specific branded travel classes. The end result is empowering end users to search by specific travel classes.

Fare Alerts

Fare Alerts will allow customers to track their prices and receive updates for price changes. This will help users come back to complete bookings when they are willing to purchase.

Fare Refresher

The Refresher will allow airlines to schedule fare updates for selected routes and dates, and will also make updates of a specific route list on its own, based on created business rules for the airline.

This feature will ensure fare availability for low-searched routes, and fare updates when specific promos are happening for the airline. Fares will be available across all channels. The Smart Refresher will also help to remove outdated fares from the system.

Ancillary Revenue Tracking

This feature will help airlines understand how much revenue comes from ancillaries and determine revenue opportunities from ancillary products.

Image MS

Create an Images MS that will allow to have different images by product, and multiple images by location, as well as different image sizes based on the device or feed.

This will allow airlines to assign multiple images to a location and personalize FareWire and airSEM feeds with images specific to their marketing strategy.

airTRFX Roadmap

Recently Launched

Added “Info” and “Last Edit” to Data Tables

Added “Last Edit By” and Last Edit Timestamp” to Data Tables throughout airTRFX Control.

This provides users visibility into who last edited the asset / page. This should help with troubleshooting issues and help Customer Support understand who is doing what within airTRFX Control.

Edit Container & Template Assets

This is a UX improvement which allows airTRFX Control Users to quickly edit Custom Assets, Pricing Widgets, Promo Widgets, and Campaigns from the Template Layouts definition sections of airTRFX Control.

URL Export Feature

airTRFX Control administrators will be able to export a list of all URLs based on language, market, and/or template.

The export will include information on the context of each URL so that Airline Users and their marketing agencies can easily filter the files for the related URLs.

New Standard Header / Footer

The NEW Standard Header / Footer modules will help with Speed to Market (reduce implementation timelines). The NEW Standard modules will be completely self-service, empowering Airline Users to make adjustments as needed. In addition, EveryMundo will be able to roll out new product features easier and optiminze quality and maintenance due to the standardization across customers. The NEW Standard Header / Footer module are available for airTRFX + AMP.

Dynamic Site Edition Labels

Allows customers to include dynamic links in airTRFX and airModule labels, mapped from airTRFX site editions to customer’s core site editions.

This replacement was done for: Regular TRFX pages, Custom Pages, and Pricing Widget endpoints.

NEW Page Templates

We have added additional template pages, including To-Airport, From-Airport, and From-State which are now available (fee required to activate).

Custom Page Background Image

This new setting allows customers using FC Booking to turn on/off the background image behind the booking mask. This provides additional flexibility for airTRFX Custom Pages.

Hreflang tags

airTRFX will now automatically normalize the hreflang tags within the source code in alignment with SEO best practices, even if customer site edition structure does not follow best practices (i.e. “zh_CN” normalized to “zh-cn”)

This will improve SEO performance for customers affected.

What we’re working on now

Custom Pages by Site Edition

The feature will enable autonomy across markets by enabling Airline Users to create custom pages for a specific language-market or a subset of markets, rather than across all markets for a specific language. This will allow customers to better target their Custom Pages and should improve product performance.

airTRFX + AMP

Achieve the same scalable web infrastructure of airTRFX with improved mobile experience with airTRFX + AMP. Deploy an entire network of AMP-compliant pages to prioritize user-experience and realize superior search engine rankings.

airTRFX Control Usage Dashboard

This dashboard will provide an overview to customers how their team is using airTRFX Control.

Dynamic sitemap generation

This feature will ensure sitemaps are never outdated, helping with the indexing process and overall SEO product performance. This is done by leveraging automated URL generation to generate sitemaps in real-time in order to ensure sitemaps are always up to date. Automation reduces manual actions needed by airline users and airTRFX adminitstrators.

Improved Naming Conventions

Improved naming conventions and the removal of outdated features will help Airline Users and airTRFX administrators to use airTRFX Control. The improved UX/UI will allow teams to communicate and implement assets clearly.

Support ccTLDs

This will make airTRFX implementations for customers with multiple ccTLDs possible. The implementation will follow SEO-best practices and will allow Airline Users to manage their content by market, even if the markets use different domains.

airTRFX Frontend Serverless Rendering

Serverless page rendering has several anticipated benefits such as page speed, product quality, and speed to market. A unified front-end will also promote product quality as there will be less inconsistancies between components.

In-Page Analytics

In-Page Analytics provides insights into how users interact with airTRFX pages and directs customers to relevant airTRFX Control sections where they can take action.

In-Page Analytics metrics include: Pageviews, Interaction Rate, FSI Rate, Look-to-Book Rate, Bookings, Revenue

Analytics on these KPIs will provide a summary of relevant performance data.

Analytics will also be actionable by providing links to relevant airTRFX Control sections.

This new airModule will include a visualization with multiple filters for the user to pick their next destination based on their travel interests.

This airModule will provide travelers with a comprehensive tool to find their next desired trip (vacations/business/etc.) by allowing the user to choose across multiple filters.

Daily Histogram airModule 2.0

We are making visual and functional improvements to the Daily Histogram Modules:

  • Horizontal bar aligned with the Lowest Fare Bars.
  • Adding a Fares Range legend to the left. 
  • Enabling users to click on the weekday as well as the bar.

Enabling Codeshare

Adding the ability to the airline/traveler to query, display, or filter by flight codeshare information.

This enables airlines to determine the promotion of fares based on their codeshare nature.

  • Interactive Map – Routes that are codeshare will be highlighted with a different color.

Fare Finder Calendar airModule

The New Fare Finder Calendar airModule is enables the airline to promote their best fare deals based on a user-selected O&D and departure date. This provides the traveler with a comprehensive tool to find the best fares for a specific trip and timeframe.

Vacation Booking Mask

We are updating the Booking Mask airModule and enabling new features:

  • New Rewards Miles toggle feature so travelers can easily compare dollar and miles fares.
  • Round trip or one-way filters for travelers to quickly select their Journey Type
  • Skeleton Screen while the page loads
  • Passenger type by Route
  • Prepopulation of Promo Code by URL Parameter
  • Nesting of Airports (aliases)
  • Vacation Settings

Real-Time Fare API airModule

This feature will support Real-time Fare airModules for customers that have data integrations.

Fares will be requested from EveryMundo, and if a threshold is not met, the airModule will request those fares from a Fare API.

This will allow for a better UX, as more fares will be made available.

GeoIP Location Integration

This feature will give airlines the ability to display meaningful results to the traveler based on their IP location.

The goal is to help increase conversions by providing the travelers with meaninful information based on their location.

Support ad generation for any account structure

This functionality allows airlines to launch Search ads in Google for any account structure, faster and easier. Supporting dynamic variables

 in regualr ads and promotional ads.

Airlines are able to launch Search Ads across their campaigns, regardless of the airline naming convention and using dynamic variables, like price and discounts, across markets and languages.

This features enables users to add a maximum cap on the prices that the airline wants to advertise in Search and Display ads.

Users can now launch Dynamic Remarketing feeds faster and easier directly in airSEM Control.

RouteOptimizer Dashboard

This actionable dashboard for route management will analyze the perfomance of each route in term of searches, overall web sales, and SEM.

The Route Dashboard will enable Airlines to interact with route data from searches, bookings and SEM performance in one place, leveraging as much contextual data as possible to ensure the correct route portfolio is being advertised.

airDPI for Buses

airDPI also supports other travel transportations like buses, where we are able to generate feeds supporting all markets, languages, and currencies with dynamic price insertion using city codes.

airPromo Enhancements

airPromo enhancements will enable airlines to generate promotional communication in bulk across accounts and campaigns and to create price and discount feeds that can be scheduled for the duration of the promotion.

This will improve the management of timed promotion messaging in SEM ad copy and extensions across languages and markets using business feeds to power route specific promotion details.

airDPI campaigns will be integrated with Bing Search Engine for dynamic price insertion in Bing ads. Within airSEM control the user will be able to launch dynamic price insertion feeds for Bing accounts

This new feature allows the user to complete bulk changes in a faster and easier way to make edits and changes in the feed. The user will be able to edit and remove feed items with an excel sheet across multiple items in the feed

airOptimizer enhancements will provide airlines with better control, security, and management of the tasks per client and account, as well as centralize the application with the rest applications in airSEM control

Integrate Facebook endpoint in airSEM Control

This will provide a visualization of Facebook feed with each of the elements, which allows the user to do edits/changes in a scalable way with a direct connexion with Facebook API.

airPromo integration with Promo Module

This feature will allow Airlines to connect their Promo Module with airPromo in order to facilitate alignment of promotional activities on their landing pages with their SEM activities.

The Airline will be able to launch promotional assets for the airTRFX pages as well as launch ads for SEM efforts form one platform.

The FareWire interface will be a browser side CMS that can dynamically generate endpoints, adjust price settings, and expected outputs without additional developer assistance.

Facebook Flight Ads CMS

All endpoints will require credentials using API keys. When an endpoint is created an API Key will be generated and stored within the FareWire management system.
